What are we failing at? Quite a lot, actually.

Issue 8 dabbles in a fickle little f-word that has far more power than we give it credit for: Failure. It haunts our dreams, brings systems crashing down, and stops us sleeping at night. It is also the very stuff of invention. So we thought: why not make a whole magazine about it?
